METALS: Chains are stainless steel and gold plated. Charms are all mixed metals and plated (alloy, copper, stainless steel and gold). Most are tarnish resistant, but not designed for everyday wear and should not be allowed to get wet for longest lasting results. 

ORDERING AND DESIGNING: Choosing your charms and designing your necklace can be done LIVE with us on TikTok, or privately through Instagram or TikTok. All payments and orders will need to be completed on the website. 

PROCESSING: Our build time is approximately 48 hours, so you should expect a tracking number within 2 days of locking in your mock-up. If you didn't receive one, just let me know!

SHIPPING: All products are shipped through the USPS. Standard shipping fees will be applied at checkout.
